Now comes the fun part (not) – cleaning. It can be a mission for both sponges if you’re not using the right products. Beauty Blender has developed their own Blender Cleanser, but if you are on a budget you can easily replace it with a regular soap bar (not the liquid soap though). I like to wash my sponges after every use and usually do it with a normal soap, but at the end of the week I prefer to give them a proper clean with the Blender Cleanser. It feels to me like its formula is stronger and require less time to properly remove traces of makeup but, as mentioned before, it’s not something you have to get to maintain your sponges in good shape.
